The school has a boarding house known as Malcolm House. The boarding section accommodates just over a hundred boys per time. Admission into boarding is done after a parent/guardian undergoes an interview to assess ability to pay boarding fees. This usually requires them to visit the school.
The boarders have good opportunities of supervised studies every day by caring teachers. They are also engaged in weekend activities like sports, entertainment and church. The boarding aims at affording the learners some convenience while they fulfill their educational goals at Ellis Robins School.
